According to the IRS Newswire Issue IR-2007-065,

Slow ACAT withdrawal from Sogoinvest

I decided to withdraw my investments from Sogoinvest. On 2/24/07, I sent in the paper work to Ameritrade to have all my holdings at Sogoinvest transferred in-kind to Ameritrade using the ACAT system.
