Sogoinvest adds $50 ACAT out fee

I just saw the updated Sogoinvest fees list this morning. In the midst of my transfer out from Sogoinvest, they have sneaked in a $50 ACAT-out fee (it used to be free).

Now I know why I had to wait so long for the transfer out.
