SSgA’s International Small-Cap ETF launched

I just read this from the Bogleheads forum. State Street’s SPDR® S&P® International Small Cap ETF (ticker GWX) will start trading tomorrow. The expense ratio is 0.60%. I think many people have been waiting for this one ever since Vanguard international small cap offering closed a few years ago.
