I've recently been back into stocks again after rolling over my 401k into an IRA. I suffer from the delusion that I can beat the index. I recognize it's very difficult, but I'm going to try, with the help from Motley Fool. It is a subscription service for their premier newsletters, so essentially I am still paying a 'load fee' for my portfolio management. It'll be interesting to see how I can calculate the year subscription fee into my portfolio returns.

Nicky, I was vaguely aware of the Visa IPO. I have no plans for it.

With that being said, how much do you plan on putting in Visa tomorrow?
I think I'm going to take a risk for a change and buy 25-30k worth.
Whats the worse that can happen?it goes down a bit, I'm thinking more long term, 1-3 years.
